The Concept Hotel KL - Batu Caves

This was the second time I staying here, and everything was superb, the staff was nice, everything was smooth check in and check out, the wifi also very strong, would love to stay here again, even the view also was very nice, the facilities were very maintain, near with McDonald's, and the place was strategic and safe, and to be noted that the first time I staying here was for 3 days, and I asked the staff if they could clean my room and is it free of charge, and they say for sure and it's free, coz not all hotel can do this

Everything. Good place to stay

Very nice for a stay to be close to the Batu Caves. The location is a bit remote if you just come for the caves, however we arrived late and decided to stay nearby. The hotel is one of the cleanest and nicest we had in KL so far! Extra bonus points for the free water refill (hot and cold). Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable bed and pillow, clean and spacious bathroom.

Great​ place​ but​ staff​ is​ even​ better.​ They​ are​ extremely​ helpful, knowledge​able, patient.​ I​ am​ coming​ back​ to​ this​ hotel
